In accordance with New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), NMSA 1978, §14-2-1 et seq., Cloudcroft Municipal Schools is committed to transparency and providing public access to records maintained by the District, except as otherwise protected or exempted by law. Individuals wishing to inspect or obtain copies of public records may submit a written request to the district’s designated records custodian.
