Welcome, parents! Here you will find important information about the services we provide at our schools. We aim to help you stay connected to your child’s educational experience at Cloudcroft schools.

If you would like to speak with your child’s teacher(s), please call the appropriate school office to make an appointment.

Football Themed Home Games

Join us at our home football games and participate in our themed nights to show your support. See the football schedule for more information.  

  • Friday, August 25 vs. NMMI at 7:00 p.m. - Jersey Night
  • Saturday, September 2 vs. Mescalero at 1:00 p.m. - Beach Party
  • Thursday, September 7 vs. Mayfield JV at 6:00 p.m. Tie Dye
  • Thursday, September 14 vs. Tularosa JV at 6:00 p.m. - Frat
  • Friday, September 22 vs. Pojoque at 7:00 p.m. - HOCO

Important Dates

Mark Your Calendars for these IMPORTANT dates:

  • Monday, July 29 - Registration from 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. at your student's school.
  • Wednesday, July 31 - Senior Breakfast with Mrs. Gillespie at 8:30 a.m. in the High School Commons.
  • Thursday, August 1 - Cell Phone Free Campus Informational Meeting at 5:30–6:30 p.m. in the High School Commons.
  • Friday, August 2 - Supply Drop off/Greet your Teacher for Elem. & MS.
    • Grades 1st–5th 2:00-3:00 p.m.
    • Grades 6th–8th 3:00-4:00 p.m.
    • Kindergarten 4:00–5:00 pm - Kinder Open House at this time as well.
  • Tuesday, August 6 - First Day of School.
  • Thursday, August 8 - Back to School BBQ from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the Football Field Complex.
